Terms of Use and Privacy
Pantyhose Share Club members must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address to gain access to protected areas of the site. This personal information will never be disclosed to external third parties, other members of Pantyhose Share Club or any other users of the site. Pantyhose Share Club may, from time to time, send email to registered members to highlight new features or share news relevant to the site. When sending email to multiple addressees, your email address will be protected from view in the email header and it will never be disclosed in the body of the email, protecting your privacy and the security of this information. Pantyhose Share Club reserves the right to publish your member name on the site in connection with your frequency of use, volume of uploaded content, comments you may post, or other member activity we may monitor on the site. Only your member name, and never any other personally identifiable information, will be disclosed when publishing reports of member activity.
Pantyhose Share Club uses a feature of your internet browser called "cookies" to track your log-in status and other activity on the site. These cookies are removed approximately 24 hours after initial log-in or immediately upon log-out. Pantyhose Share Club does not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer unless such information was knowingly and willingly provided by you. Your internet browser must have cookies enabled in order to access Pantyhose Share Club.
Content Ownership and Publishing Criteria
Pantyhose Share Club does not assume ownership of photographic images, videos or any other materials published on or uploaded to the site. All content remains the property of the contributing member and members may have their materials removed from the site by invoking 'Delete Gallery' (Member Galleries > Edit Gallery > Delete Gallery). Contributed content is periodically screened for suitability following publication on the site. Images must meet all of the following criteria in order to be deemed suitable for publication on Pantyhose Share Club - (1) Models and other persons portrayed in images must be at least 18 years old, (2) The scenes portrayed in images must be non-violent and serve as examples of healthy sexual play or role play between willing participants, (3) The themes portrayed in images should primarily focus on pantyhose, stockings, legs and feet. Registered members that identify objectionable or inappropriate content published on the site may report this to the webmaster using the 'Contact' link available on the site. Uploaded content that does not meet our publication criteria may be removed from the site without notice. Determination of publication suitability is the sole responsibility of the Pantyhose Share Club webmaster and all decisions are final.
Graphic images appearing with copyright are published in their original form as received by contributing members. Copyrighted materials will be removed immediately upon written request from the copyright owner. To request removal of materials protected by copyright, please submit documentation demonstrating copyright ownership to admin@pantyhoseshareclub.com.
18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance
Pantyhose Share Club does not allow the publication or distribution of graphic images depicting persons under 18 years old and the Pantyhose Share Club webmaster makes best efforts to prevent publication of underage material through the publication suitability screening process described above. Pantyhose Share Club and the webmaster of Pantyhose Share Club do not assume responsibility for record keeping under 18 U.S.C. 2257 for the graphic images uploaded to or published on the site. Record keeping under 18 U.S.C. 2257 remains the sole responsibility of the copyright owner and/or the creator of the images.
